New: Insert a file as a link or attachment from SharePoint, Teams & OneDrive using OnePlaceMail App
The latest insert feature coming soon for the OnePlaceMail App now enables you to capture, classify and now access content from Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft OneDrive.
You and your users will be able to insert a file within Microsoft Outlook as a link or attachment depending on your preference and recipients’ access. We also allow you to insert a link to a location in SharePoint, Teams or OneDrive such as a folder. Multiple file inserts are supported and a preview of the file you are inserting is available, saving time having to open the file - making the process seamless!
To aid productivity you can select a file from your recent documents or perform a global search of SharePoint, Teams or OneDrive sites to find what you need, all without leaving Outlook. To speed up this process even further you can pin a file or location that you use frequently. Imagine you get daily requests for a driver's license application form, it can be pinned so you don’t waste time clicking through folders to access it.
Desktop, Outlook Web Access (OWA) are both supported.
Keep your eyes peeled for this release coming soon!
