We currently have an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our Inside Sales Team in Sydney. You will be assigned a territory with a strong pipeline of warm leads. You will be required to engage directly with customers and the partner community to develop this territory. You'll be responsible for engaging with prospects, customers and partners over the phone and via email to gain an understanding of their business requirements, provide solution demonstrations, convey the benefits and solution fit, respond to customer questions and provide quotations/proposals in a timely manner.
Skills & Experience:
• Previous experience in B2B software sales
• Experience providing functional software demonstrations
• Excellent phone manner and ability to quickly build rapport
• Strong written communication skills
• Self-starter, passionate and with proven organizational skills
• Ability to learn new software solutions and clearly explain the business benefits
• Presentation/demonstrations skills
• An understanding of the Microsoft Partner ecosystem and technologies including Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint
North America Role:
• Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri: 6am - 2pm
• Monday: Standard hours
• Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs: 2pm - 10pm / 1pm – 9pm (depending on Daylight Savings)
• Friday: Standard hours
• Inside Sales role based in the Manly, Sydney office.
• Base Salary + Commission/Bonus
