KB0149 Configure Outlook Web App to show OnePlaceMail App

OnePlaceMail for Outlook App

Issue

When working in Outlook Web Access (OWA) - apps that are available, might not be readily available.

The following steps will display the icon to be immediately available when selecting an email.

Workaround

In Outlook for Web Access, select the gear icon on the right hand side

Select 'View all Outlook Settings'

Select "Customize actions"

In the 'Message surface' area, select the OnePlaceMail app

Select Save

When next selecting an email to  save to SharePoint or a Microsoft Teams channel, the OnePlaceMail  icon will now be readily available:
