Saving emails from Outlook to SharePoint is possible by simply dragging and dropping emails or attachments into Folders on the left navigation of Outlook. This is exactly the same process a user is familiar with when filing into Public folders.
Email attachments can be saved into SharePoint by a simple drag and drop to the Outlook folder. This will capture the attachment and all the associated email attributes for the associated email.
Emails can be created, sent, and saved directly in SharePoint using the standard 'Send' button in Outlook or using the send and file button provided by OnePlaceMail.
SharePoint content can be access directly from within Outlook. Simply select the Folder on the left navigation of Outlook and access the full capabilities of SharePoint without leaving the Outlook client.
Simply select 1 or more files on the network drive, desktop, and c-drive and Right-click send the File to SharePoint.
