OnePlace Solutions R7.3 adds email tracking for SharePoint / Office 365

Release 7.3 delivers a new OnePlaceLive email tracking service that extends the use of OnePlaceMail in the enterprise and provides visibility around what emails have been saved to SharePoint.

OnePlaceMail and OnePlaceDocs also contain a number of enhancements that improve usability, productivity and security.

OnePlaceLive email tracking service for SharePoint

Email Tracking extends the use of OnePlaceMail across the enterprise to provide visibility around what emails your colleagues have already saved to SharePoint. End users will see a 'Transferred to SharePoint' category in Outlook for emails saved to SharePoint.

The service supports Microsoft Exchange on premise and Office 365.

Other enhancements

  • New Ribbon Button - opens the SharePoint location where the email was saved
  • Title Column – size increase when in content grid views
  • Numeric Values – now formatted and validated against regional settings when saving to SharePoint (or the users regional settings if they are set to take precedence in the SharePoint user profile)
