We are very excited to announce Scinaptic Communications (OnePlaceMail) has changed its name to OnePlace Solutions. Although we have a new name, our legal entity, ownership, dedicated personnel and passion for delivering world class software remain the same.

OnePlace Solutions better represents the broader product offering and solutions-focus of our business going forward.
We've worked hard over the past 14 years to build a strong and trusted brand in OnePlaceMail and believe this brand equity will translate to OnePlace Solutions and the broader offering in the OnePlace Solutions suite of products now available.
What happened to OnePlaceMail?
Many of our customers and partners have simply known us as OnePlaceMail. The OnePlaceMail product has been taken forward as part of the Release 7.0. Only now, we have an additional two products called OnePlaceDocs and OnePlaceLive.
We are very excited to be launching the additional products and look forward to working with our valued customers and partners in helping drive the adoption of SharePoint / Office 365 further.
OnePlace Solutions Product Suite
The new business name better represents the full suite of products:
- OnePlaceMail: Seamless Microsoft Outlook to SharePoint email integration
- OnePlaceDocs: Document sharing and team collaboration made easy
- OnePlaceLive: Transform the way end users work with business solutions delivered on SharePoint and Office 365.
What has changed?
Firstly, we're the same company/legal entity, under the same ownership and dedicated personnel. Our address and phone numbers remain the same. We have just changed the following:
• new business/trading name
• new logo/branding & website
• new products (OnePlaceDocs and OnePlaceLive)
• new email addresses (@oneplacesolutions.com)
• new bank account details
What happens now?
We will be sending correspondence to all our customers and partners, providing formal notification of the above changes. In the meantime, try out the OnePlace Solutons suite of products.
