Microsoft are poised to release a security feature in their next Office update that will prevent opening potentially malicious emails. Unfortunately, this added feature prevents OnePlaceMail from previewing email files stored in SharePoint, OnePlace Solutions quickly identified this issue & have already created a fix, enabling you to see a preview of emails while retaining the new levels of increased security.

Saving emails from Outlook for iOS into Office 365 SharePoint is now possible with OnePlaceMail (Office Store Add-in), an offering by Microsoft Gold partner, OnePlace Solutions.

OnePlaceMail is the first third-party add-in after the launch partners (Dynamics 365, Evernote, Giphy, Nimble, Trello, and Smartsheet) approved by Microsoft to offer a solution in the new Outlook for iOS add-in eco system.

Release 7.3 delivers a new OnePlaceLive email tracking service that extends the use of OnePlaceMail in the enterprise and provides visibility around what emails have been saved to SharePoint.

OnePlaceMail and OnePlaceDocs also contain a number of enhancements that improve usability, productivity and security.

Release 7.2 has been an exciting one to work on and now launch. After a review of our road map, we were amazed, and proud, to see that more than half of the enhancements done in this release had been direct requests from our customers.

The information architecture for this system is a site collection per client, with a site per legal matter.

We are very excited to announce Scinaptic Communications (OnePlaceMail) has changed its name to OnePlace Solutions, effective 6 April 2015. Although we have a new name, our legal entity, ownership, dedicated personnel and passion for delivering world class software remain the same.
